Returns Policy



We want to give you the confidence to try the Suuthe SmartMat to ensure it's right for you and therefore offer a 14 day risk-free trial with all purchases from our site. If you're unhappy for any reason, we'll offer a full refund, no questions asked.

All we ask in return is that returned or exchanged items are undamaged and in a re-salable condition.

If you'd like to return your Suuthe SmartMat, please contact us by email at in the first instance with your order number and the reason for return or for exchange.

When sending your item back to us via mail, it's critical to obtain proof of shipping and appropriate insurance cover from your postal carrier. We cannot and will not accept liability for returns that are lost or not delivered to us and we therefore recommend sending with tracking.

Once we have the product and it is confirmed as re-saleable we will refund you or send out a replacement product.

We reserve our right to charge for the cost of shipping an exchange product on a case by case basis.

Our returns policy is effective for 14 days once the product has been delivered. If 14 days have elapsed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The only exception to this policy is for faulty or non-functioning items, which are covered under our 12 month warranty (please see the user guide included with your product for more information).

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time (usually 3-5 working days) before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will message you with instructions of how to return your item.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
